The 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards was held last night and plenty of actresses appeared on the red carpet in new hairstyles. Ceremonies like this are when celebrities try different styles in the hopes of standing out above everyone else. Many hairstyles are formal and complicated, but there are some that can be copied with wigs.

There are many options to choose from when deciding which hairstyle is the best. Everyone has their own unique style, so it can be tough to pick a few out of many. Here are some hairstyles that can be worn with wigs without too much trouble.

1. Lea Michele - She had a long and layered hairstyle with plenty of shine. Her dark hair was mostly straight, except with some waves at the tips. A slightly wavy wig can be bought to wear this style.

2. Sofia Vergara - Most of her long brown hair was pulled back in a ponytail at the back of her neck. There are some curls along tips and a center part in the front. The curls at the tips may be hard to copy with a synthetic straight wig, but you could try some curly extensions if you don't have human hair wig.

3. Angelina Jolie - You can buy a long, brown and straight wig to wear her hairstyle. A product to add volume is necessary, but make sure the product is safe to use on wigs.
